March 21, 2026 1:00 PM — Transportation from the hotel to the lake. Please text 204-271-3387 by March 19 at noon to register your pickup location and preferred time. 1:00 PM — If you are able to walk a short distance, please park on the boat launch hill; we will have transportation on the ice to the ceremony area. Due to limited parking on the ice, those spots are reserved for elderly guests and guests with disabilities. 1:00 PM — Cocktail hour prior to the ceremony. We will have a tent with a few heaters just incase it is cooler out.
